Salvya
Copyright & respect
How Salvya treats music culture, artists, fans, and intellectual property — across every genre we love.
Salvya is a premium music-inspired clothing brand. We are nota rap-only shop or a streetwear specialist. Hip-hop, pop, R&B, rock, jazz, classical, electronic, and every other lane that moves culture — all belong in our world. Artist names help fans discover capsules; they are cultural entry points, not a claim that every piece is official merchandise from that artist.
What Salvya sells
Unless we clearly label a collaboration or licence, products on Salvya are original designs made by Salvya, produced on demand. Our in-house team develops graphics and apparel inspired by the music, mood, and visual identity fans search for — from arena rap to intimate jazz, from rock tours to classical composers reinterpreted for today.
- Not official merch by default — an artist shop page does not mean the named artist manufactured, approved, or endorses the piece unless we say so explicitly.
- Fan-driven discovery — when you suggest or search an artist, Salvya may build or surface designs inspired by that name for the community.
- Salvya authorship — print files, layout, and curation are created by Salvya; artist names are references for inspiration and navigation.
Suggest an artist — fans welcome
You do not need to be a creator or a label to shape the catalog. If your favourite artist is not on Salvya yet, nominate them on our dedicated page — hip-hop, rock, jazz, classical, pop, and every other lane we love.

What we respect & protect
Artist names, logos, photographs, album artwork, trademarks, and other materials may be protected by intellectual property laws. Salvya aims to operate with care — for rights holders and for our own brand:
- We do not present artist-inspired work as licensed official merchandise without a proper basis.
- We avoid misappropriating logos, wordmarks, or commercial assets that belong to rights holders.
- We protect Salvya designs, product presentation, and trademarks from misuse or impersonation.
- We respond to good-faith reports from artists, labels, fans, and representatives — see Report a problem.
Official collaborations
When Salvya runs a true official collaboration, we label it clearly on the product page, in checkout, and in customer communications. If you do not see that labelling, treat the piece as Salvya original, music-inspired apparel.

FAQ
Quick answers about music-inspired merch, fan suggestions, artist rights, and brand protection. For order help, see the full FAQ.
Is Salvya only rap or streetwear?
No. Salvya is a premium music-inspired clothing brand — not a rap-only or streetwear-only label. We draw from the full spectrum of music culture: hip-hop, pop, R&B, rock, jazz, classical, electronic, and more. Each capsule reflects the mood, era, and visual identity of the artist or genre that inspired it.
Can I suggest my favourite artist as a fan?
Yes. Salvya is built around what fans search for and ask for. Use our Suggest an artist page to nominate who you want to see next — any genre. Our design team reviews fan signals and may develop original Salvya pieces inspired by that artist’s universe, music, and aesthetics.
Can an artist remove merch they do not like?
Yes. If you are an artist (or an authorised representative) and Salvya designs inspired by your name or work do not reflect how you want to be represented, contact us. We take good-faith requests seriously and will review listings promptly — including takedown or adjustment where appropriate. We prefer dialogue over conflict.
Does Salvya collaborate with artists officially?
We are open to official collaborations with artists, labels, and cultural partners across genres. When a drop is truly official, we label it clearly on the product page, at checkout, and in customer communications. Interested in partnering? Reach out via Contact or the creator programme — we welcome pitches from any genre.
Is every artist shop official merchandise?
Not by default. Unless we clearly mark a collaboration or licence, products are original Salvya designs — artist-inspired, not manufactured or endorsed by the named artist. Artist names help fans discover capsules; they are cultural entry points, not a claim of official licensing.
How does Salvya protect its brand?
Salvya graphics, layouts, product curation, and the Salvya name are our creative work. We do not allow third parties to copy our designs, impersonate Salvya, or misuse our trademarks. Rights holders and artists can report concerns through Contact or Report a problem. Marketplace and IP rules in our Terms of Service apply.
Who should I contact about copyright or IP?
Artists, labels, and representatives: use Contact with an artist-rights or partnership topic, or Report a problem with details and links to the listing. Fans with general questions: Help Center and FAQ. For order issues, use Contact support or the Return policy.
