Salvya
Payment terms
Effective date: June 2026
These Payment Terms describe how Salvya collects payment for print-on-demand orders. They supplement our Terms of Service and Return policy.
1. Accepted payment methods
- PayPal — account balance, linked bank, or card funded through PayPal;
- Stripe — credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely via Stripe Checkout;
- Cards via PayPal — where enabled, card flows processed through PayPal.
We do not accept:
- Cash on delivery (COD) — in any country;
- Bank transfer on delivery;
- Offline or in-person cash payments.
All payments are processed securely via encrypted providers. You must use a payment instrument you are authorised to use.
2. Authorisation, capture, and timing
When you submit payment, you authorise Salvya and its designated processors to charge the order total shown at checkout (including product, shipping, taxes, and disclosed fees). Some flows place an authorisation hold first and capture when the order is accepted or when items ship; others capture immediately. Timing on your statement depends on your bank or PayPal.
3. Currency and pricing
All prices and payments are in EUR (€). Salvya operates exclusively within Europe. You are responsible for any bank or card issuer fees, foreign transaction fees, or cross-border charges imposed by your card issuer, Stripe, or PayPal.
4. Taxes and duties
Applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar may be estimated at checkout where configured. Import duties or customs charges may be billed separately by the carrier depending on destination — see our Shipping policy.
5. Failed, reversed, or disputed charges
If a payment is declined, expired, or reversed, we may suspend fulfilment or cancel the order. Contact support before initiating a chargeback — see our Return policy.
6. Refunds and credits
When a refund is owed under our Return policy, we credit the original payment method only, typically within 5–14 business days after approval.
7. Fraud prevention
We may delay, review, or cancel orders that fail fraud checks or show inconsistent billing or shipping data.
8. Payment processors
Card and PayPal flows are operated by licensed third-party processors. Salvya does not store full card numbers when industry-standard tokenisation is used.
9. Security
Use a secure device and network when paying. Salvya will not ask you to send card details by email or unsecured chat.
10. Contact
For billing questions or duplicate charges, email support@salvyastore.com with your order number and PayPal or Stripe transaction reference where applicable.
