1. Who we are
Salvya (“Salvya”, “we”, “us”) is a brand house for artist merchandise and fashion — Music culture, Fashion form. Salvya was founded in France in November 2024 (Villefranche-sur-Mer). Official store: salvyastore.com.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use salvyastore.com, browse Salvya Music or Salvya Fashion, place an order, or contact us.
2. International shop
We sell and ship internationally — built to reach customers worldwide, with clear shipping estimates by destination. When you order from outside France, we process the data needed to deliver to your country: address, contact details, and logistics with our carriers and payment partners.
Cross-border delivery may involve customs, duties, or local rules in your country. We use your shipping country preference and order data only to fulfill and support that order.
3. What we collect
Depending on how you use Salvya, we may process:
- Account & orders — name, email, phone, shipping address, order history, payment status (card details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers)
- Sign-in — email and password if you create an account with us; or profile data you authorize via Google (see Google sign-in below)
- Communications — messages by email, phone, or chat, including support about orders, sizing, or delays
- Usage data — pages viewed, device/browser, approximate location from IP, referral source, analytics
- Preferences — size, shipping country, language, marketing opt-ins
- Cookies — see Cookies below
4. Google sign-in
Salvya offers Sign in with Google so you can create or access a Salvya account without a separate password. When you choose Google, Google shows a consent screen and, if you continue, shares with Salvya the information you allow — typically:
- Basic profile — name and profile photo
- Email address — to identify your account and send order or account messages
We use this only to authenticate you, create or link your Salvya account, personalize your profile on salvyastore.com, and secure checkout and order history. We do not use Google sign-in data to sell ads or to access your Google Drive, Gmail, or other Google services beyond what you approve on Google’s screen.
Authentication is processed through our auth provider (Supabase) and Google. You can disconnect Google access anytime in your Google Account permissions, and you can ask us to delete your Salvya account data (see Your rights).
5. How we use data
We use personal data to:
- Run Salvya Music and Salvya Fashion and improve the site
- Create and manage your account (including Google or email sign-in)
- Process orders, international shipping, changes within our order window, and customer support
- Handle delay goodwill (e.g. next-order discounts) when we apply them
- Send transactional messages (confirmations, shipping updates)
- Send marketing only if you opt in — unsubscribe anytime
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and technical issues
- Comply with French and applicable EU law
Legal bases (GDPR / French data protection law) include contract performance, legitimate interests (security, service quality), consent (marketing / non-essential cookies), and legal obligation.
6. Orders, changes & returns (summary)
Full commercial rules live in our Returns & exchanges page. For privacy: we use your contact and order data to apply these policies.
- Change of mind — you may change or correct an order (size, item) for up to 4 hours before the order is confirmed for fulfillment. After that, please check size and product carefully using our Size guide before you buy.
- Salvya Music — after confirmation, returns are for damaged items received — not for change of mind. Contact us with photos if something arrives damaged.
- Delays — if we cause a meaningful delay, we may offer a goodwill discount on a future order of up to 35%. We use your email/order history to issue that credit.
9. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed: order and invoice records for French/EU accounting periods, support threads for a reasonable time, delay-discount records while the offer is valid, analytics in short or aggregated form, and marketing data until you unsubscribe.
10. Your rights
Under GDPR and French law you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data; object to certain processing; and withdraw consent. Contact us by email or phone (below). You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or your local authority.
Step-by-step deletion (including Facebook Login): User data deletion.
11. Security
We use measures appropriate to the risk (HTTPS, access controls, vendor diligence). No system is 100% secure — if you suspect an issue with an order or your data, call or email us promptly.
12. Children
Salvya is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Contact & updates
