1. Global overview
Salvya curates artist-inspired apparel produced through a print-on-demand model. Because each piece is made for you after confirmation, we balance fair customer support with the economic reality of custom production.
Our return philosophy: we stand behind product quality. If something arrives defective, incorrect, or misprinted, we aim to resolve it promptly with a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. Change-of-mind returns are not offered once production has started, except where a goodwill size exchange is approved (see below).
Where applicable, statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory protections in your country.
2. Return & refund policy — Europe
This policy applies to orders delivered to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Spain. EU consumer law may provide mandatory remedies for defective goods that cannot be excluded by contract.
A. Return eligibility
You may request a return or remedy within 30 days of delivery for:
- Defective or damaged items;
- Wrong item received (size, colour, or design not matching your order);
- Print or production errors;
- Parcel lost in transit (confirmed by carrier investigation).
Change-of-mind returns are not offered once production has started, except where a goodwill size exchange is approved.
B. Size policy — one goodwill exchange
Salvya may offer one goodwill size exchange per order, subject to support approval. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
C. Print-on-demand rule
Production typically begins within hours of confirmation. Once production has started, change-of-mind returns are not offered. You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering if production has not yet started — contact support immediately.
D. Refunds & return shipping
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method only, typically within 5–14 business days after approval. No restocking fees apply. For defective, wrong-item, or production-error claims, we provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage. Other approved cases may require customer-paid return shipping unless we state otherwise.
Where applicable, statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Made-to-order items may be excluded from withdrawal once production has started, in line with applicable law.
3. How to request a return or exchange
- Email support with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the issue (defect, wrong item, or print error).
- Wait for written approval and return instructions before shipping anything back.
- Pack items securely in original packaging where possible.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact Salvya before opening a payment dispute. We aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account restrictions as described in our Terms of Service.
