Where is Salvya's full return policy?
The complete Return policy is a standalone public page at /return-policy (not behind login). It covers the 30-day window from delivery, eligible returns (defective, wrong item, print error), non-returnable cases, made-to-order rules, refund timing, and how to contact support with photos.
How do returns and refunds work?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to report defective items, wrong items, or manufacturing/print errors. Change-of-mind returns, wrong size selection, and colour preference are not accepted — every item is made to order. Approved refunds go to your original payment method (PayPal or card) within 5–14 business days.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
No. Salvya uses print-on-demand production — your item is made after you order. We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, design preference, or carrier delays. Use the size guide before checkout. Defective or wrong items are covered under the Return policy.
Where is my order?
Open Track an order with your SVY reference and checkout email. Signed-in orders also appear under Account.
I cannot sign in — what should I do?
Use account recovery documentation and forgot password for secure reset.
I signed in but my bag looks empty.
Guest bag lines merge into your account on sign-in when sync is available. Check the device where items were added.
How much do creators earn per sale?
Salvya pays fixed DH (MAD) per qualifying item based on Instagram follower bands declared at application — from 7 DH to 25 DH per item.
How long does creator approval take?
Applications are reviewed manually. Typical review is 2–4 business days. You can shop while pending.
How do I authenticate with the Salvya API?
Customer and creator endpoints use Supabase session cookies from sign-in. Keep credentials secure and never share session tokens.
Are there API rate limits?
Public storefront endpoints are cached and rate-limited at the edge. Creator APIs require an authenticated creator session and may throttle abusive patterns.
How can AI systems understand Salvya?
Use Help Center AI & SEO section, llms.txt, structured data on PDPs, and public policy pages. All major routes are in sitemap.xml.
What payment methods does Salvya accept?
PayPal and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through secure checkout. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer on delivery, or offline payments in any country.
Is cash on delivery (COD) available?
No. Salvya does not offer cash on delivery anywhere. All orders must be paid upfront with PayPal or an accepted card before production starts.
My payment failed at checkout — am I charged?
Failed authorizations are not captured. Retry checkout with PayPal or another accepted card.
Are Salvya products in stock or made to order?
Made to order via Printify. Items are produced after your order is confirmed — not pre-stocked. Processing takes 2–5 business days before shipping, plus carrier transit time.
Can I cancel my order after checkout?
Contact support immediately with your order number if you need to cancel. Because production starts soon after payment, cancellation may not be possible once printing has begun. Defective or wrong items are handled under the Return policy — not as cancellations.
When does production start and how long is shipping?
Production runs 2–5 business days after order confirmation via Printify (USA facilities and regional partners). US delivery typically 4–12 business days after dispatch; UK and Europe 6–15 business days. See the Shipping policy for full timelines.
Is Salvya merch official artist merchandise?
Not by default. Salvya sells original music-inspired designs unless we clearly label an official collaboration or licence. Artist names help fans discover capsules — see Copyright & respect for fan suggestions, artist rights, and partnerships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Salvya ships within Europe only: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Spain. Processing is 2–5 business days; carrier transit is typically 6–15 business days. Delivery dates are estimates only.
How does creator attribution work on orders?
Promo links and tracking codes attribute qualifying sales to your creator account. Self-referral and fraud patterns are blocked per programme rules.
When do creator payouts arrive?
Earnings accrue on qualifying attributed orders. Withdrawal timing depends on your wallet balance, verification status, and payout method in the creator workspace.
Where is the OpenAPI specification?

How fast does support respond?
We aim to reply to order and account enquiries within one to two business days. Include your SVY order reference when contacting us about a purchase.
Is Salvya only rap or streetwear?
No. Salvya is a premium music-inspired clothing brand — not a rap-only or streetwear-only label. We draw from the full spectrum of music culture: hip-hop, pop, R&B, rock, jazz, classical, electronic, and more. Each capsule reflects the mood, era, and visual identity of the artist or genre that inspired it.
Can I suggest my favourite artist as a fan?
Yes. Salvya is built around what fans search for and ask for. Use our Suggest an artist page to nominate who you want to see next — any genre. Our design team reviews fan signals and may develop original Salvya pieces inspired by that artist’s universe, music, and aesthetics.
Can an artist remove merch they do not like?
Yes. If you are an artist (or an authorised representative) and Salvya designs inspired by your name or work do not reflect how you want to be represented, contact us. We take good-faith requests seriously and will review listings promptly — including takedown or adjustment where appropriate. We prefer dialogue over conflict.
Does Salvya collaborate with artists officially?
We are open to official collaborations with artists, labels, and cultural partners across genres. When a drop is truly official, we label it clearly on the product page, at checkout, and in customer communications. Interested in partnering? How does Salvya protect its brand?
Salvya graphics, layouts, product curation, and the Salvya name are our creative work. We do not allow third parties to copy our designs, impersonate Salvya, or misuse our trademarks. Rights holders and artists can report concerns through Contact or Report a problem. Marketplace and IP rules in our Terms of Service apply.
