1. Change of mind — 4-hour window
Changed your mind on size or picked the wrong piece? You can ask us to change or cancel for up to 4 hours before the order is confirmed for fulfillment.
After confirmation, the order is locked for production/shipping. Contact us quickly by phone or email with your order reference.
2. Salvya Music returns
For Salvya Music merch, once the order is confirmed we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
You can return (or we replace) if you receive a damaged item. Message us with your order number and clear photos of the damage — we’ll sort a fair fix.
3. Check size & item before you buy
Because the post-confirmation window is tight on Music, please:
- Use the Size guide (Salvya is oversized by design)
- Confirm artist, title, type (hoodie / tee), and color
- Read the Care guide so the piece stays sharp
4. If we’re late
We work hard to ship on the ETAs we show. If we cause a delay beyond what we communicated, we may offer a goodwill discount on your next order of up to 35%.
Reach out with your order number — we’ll confirm eligibility and send the code to your email.
5. International orders
Salvya ships internationally. Delivery times vary by zone (we show estimates at checkout and on product pages). Customs or import fees in your country, if any, are usually the buyer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise.
