User data deletion

Salvya respects your right to erase personal data under GDPR and French law. You can delete your account yourself in settings, or email us and we will process the request.

This page is the public instruction URL for platforms that require a user data deletion policy (including Meta Facebook Login).

1. Sign in at salvyastore.com/login
2. Open Account → Settings
3. Choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps

After confirmation, Salvya schedules deletion. You may have a short recovery window before the account is permanently removed.

If you cannot sign in, or you signed in only with Facebook / Google, write to us from the email tied to that account:

Subject line: Data deletion request. Include the email or Facebook name you used on Salvya. We aim to confirm and complete deletion within 30 days (sooner when possible), except where law requires us to keep certain order or invoice records.

If you used Continue with Facebook on Salvya, deleting your Salvya account removes the data we hold from that login (profile name, email if shared, and linked account identifiers we stored).

To also remove Salvya’s access from Facebook itself: Facebook Settings → Apps and websites → remove Salvya. That stops future sharing; use the steps above to delete data already on Salvya.

When a deletion is completed we remove or anonymize, as applicable:

• Account profile (name, email, phone, username, avatar)
• Saved looks, preferences, and in-app content tied to the account
• Session and login linkage for Google / Facebook / email

We may retain limited order, payment, or tax records for the period required by French/EU law. Those records are not used for marketing.
