- Global applicability
- This policy applies to all countries where Salvya ships.
- Change-of-mind returns
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once production has started. Items are made to order for you after your order is confirmed.
- Order cancellation
- Cancel within 12 hours of purchase via your account or support (order number required). Full refund to original payment method when approved.
- Defective / wrong item
- Returns and remedies are accepted for defective products, wrong items, and manufacturing errors. Contact support with your order number and photos within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchanges
- Standard exchanges are not offered due to made-to-order production. A replacement may be provided in exceptional cases when approved by support.
- Return shipping
- For approved defect, wrong-item, or manufacturing-error claims, we may provide a return label or reimburse reasonable return postage as required by law.
- Refund method
- Original payment method only (card, PayPal, or other method used at checkout).
- Refund processing
- Typically 5–14 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Before you order: Salvya merchandise is produced on demand through our print-on-demand fulfilment partners once your order is confirmed. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once production has started. Please use our size guide and review size, colour, artwork, shipping address, and all options carefully before you pay.

1. Scope and global applicability
This policy applies when you purchase physical goods through Salvya and a commercial sale is completed. This policy applies to all countries where Salvya ships. Available destinations are shown at checkout. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
2. Made-to-order production and change-of-mind returns
Salvya works with print-on-demand fulfilment partners. Each item is made to order for the customer who placed the order and production typically begins shortly after confirmation.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once production has started. This includes situations where you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, dislike the design, or wish to return for similar subjective reasons. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Order cancellation — twelve (12) hours from purchase
You may request cancellation within twelve (12) hours of the time shown on your order confirmation, before production has started. Contact support or use your account with your order number. When approved, a full refund is issued to your original payment method.
After twelve hours, production may already be underway. We are not obliged to cancel or refund an order solely because you no longer want the goods, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
4. Returns for defective, wrong, or misprinted items
Salvya accepts returns and provides remedies when an item is:
- Defective — damaged, flawed, or not fit for normal use when received;
- Wrong item — a different product, size, colour, or design than what you ordered; or
- Manufacturing error — print defects, misalignment, fading, or other production faults not caused by normal wear or misuse.
Contact support within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Depending on the case and applicable law, remedies may include replacement, repair, or refund. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method only, typically within 5–14 business days after approval.
For approved defect, wrong-item, or manufacturing-error claims, we may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage as required by mandatory consumer law in your country.
5. Statutory cooling-off and withdrawal rights
Depending on your location, consumer law may grant a right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within a statutory period. Personalised and made-to-order goods are commonly excluded once production has started, provided you were informed before purchase. Contact support promptly if you believe a statutory right applies in your country.
6. Exchanges
Because each product is produced on demand, standard exchanges are not offered. If you received a defective, wrong, or misprinted item, we will work with you on an appropriate remedy — which may include a replacement in exceptional cases when approved by support — rather than a routine size or style swap.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only — the card, PayPal account, or other method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds to alternative accounts or in cash unless required by law.
Refund processing typically takes 5–14 business days after approval. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. Refunds for approved cancellations within the twelve-hour window and for qualifying defect, wrong-item, or manufacturing-error claims follow the same process.
8. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact Salvya support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account restrictions as described in our Terms of Service.
